Made Just For You

Every shirt on our site is custom printed to order. Because we do not hold inventory or pre-print our designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our Size Chart carefully on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error (such as a misprint or blurry graphic), or the wrong size/color from what you ordered, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund!

How to Report an Issue:

1. Email us at envoyartministry@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery date.

2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue (e.g., the printing error or the size tag).

3. Do not mail the item back unless explicitly requested by our team.

Refunds & Replacements:

Once we verify the photo, we will immediately send a replacement shirt at no extra cost to you, or process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
